Mr. McMahon is an experienced operations and mining professional with over 30 years of proven executive experience across a range of project stages, from pre-feasibility to operations in North America and globally. Jack was part of the team that performed the due diligence on the Mineral Park mine, leading to its purchase by Origin Mining in 2015, and has been directly involved in the project advancement activities ever since.

Mr. Duschek has over 20 years of professional financial experience in mining, oil and gas and construction. He has a strong record of success providing robust all-round financial leadership, building high performing teams and implementing business process improvements that deliver efficiencies, profit maximization, financial growth and ROI. Prior to joining Origin Mining, Mr. Duschek held financial management roles for Kinross Gold and Excelsior Mining.
